How does your program rate?
This is an interactive version of a worksheet
distributed and used by Ky OSHA in the review of a safety and health
program. Most programs that qualify for the Voluntary Protection
Program in the state of Kentucky have scores in the 50s. The idea is
to assess which areas of your program that might need further review.
